THE Hog City Lites LIMITED WARRANTY
No Magic Neon™ tubes have a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser. This warranty covers any defect in material or workmanship that causes the No Magic Neon™ tubes not to light.
This warranty does not cover any, misuse, abuse or glass tube breakage for any reason! It does not cover any tube to tube end failure resulting from improper installation or improper handling of the tubes. This warranty is not transferable.
Defective tubes are to be returned to Hog City Lites postage paid for warranty consideration. Replacement is limited to the defective tube only, and is not done in pairs. Replacement tubes are limited to color or materials available at time of replacement. Different production runs of colors, or discontinued manufacture of a color is not grounds for both tubes to be replaced. Closest color match at time of warranty consideration will be used in the replacement of defective units.
This warranty is limited to tube replacement only, and does not cover any loss of use or any coincidental loss.
This warranty does not cover any shipping charges to or from Hog City Lites, LLC.
Some fuel injected bikes may experience a "crying wolf" engine light. This false light is cause from the natural magnetic field "broadcasting" from the neon. This condition does not harm the bike in any way (regardless of what your uninformed dealer may want you to think). It is not a "defect" in a tube or tubes. Before installing any lights on your bike, you should check your local and state rules and regulations. If you can't install or don't feel confident about installing our tubes yourself, we suggest taking them to a qualified motorcycle mechanic. We do installs at most of the shows & events we attend. Check out our schedule of shows we will be attending. Hog City Lites, LLC assumes no responsibility in the installation of this wiring kit.
How do I get a catalog from Hog City Lites?
The short answer is: You don’t!

Often our web site is changed 2-3 times a week. The cost of a changing a catalog so often with printing and postage charges would be prohibitive. Warranty does not cover shipping to HCL or return shipping to customer.

Lifetime Warranty
We offer an unlimited lifetime warranty on all materials and workmanship. All damage from normal wear and tear will be repaired for the cost of shipping.
Custom Fit Mounting
All Road Ready sissybar bags are made with our custom fit mounting system. This offers more safety and easy mounting for you, and more comfort for your passenger. We stock 7 standard sizes and will fit any sizes we do not stock at no extra charge. New motorcycle or sissybar? No problem. We will fit your bag to your new backrest for the cost of return shipping.
Care Instructions
For best results remove any soil first with a dry brush. If needed, use water and a mild detergent. Please be aware use of detergents may cause failure of waterproof coatings. To maintain peak performance, apply silicone based waterproofing to luggage once a year.
Attention
The use of any bag in a manner other than it was designed may result in serious injury. Sissybar bags must be installed over the correct sissybar,and all straps checked and tightened before each use. Do not exceed manufactures recomendations for load limits on sissybars and luggage racks ( see owner's manual). Inspect straps and general condition of bag regularly.

Q. Do I need a luggage rack for the sissybar bags?
A. No, Road Ready bags if properly mounted do not require a luggage rack on the majority of models ( Models with sissybars less than 6" and bobtail fenders may need a rack).
Q. How do I measure my sissybar for custom fitting?
A. Measure the width of the sissybar pad.
Q. Are Road Ready bags really waterproof?
A. Yes, provided you make sure all zipper covers are down and the bag is properly mounted ( we recomend owners treat their bags with a waterproofing spray one year after ownership and once a year after that).
Q. What happens to my custom fit bag if I change sissybars or motorcycles?
A. Simply return your bag with a check for $10.00 for return shipping and you new sissybar's width, and we will make the needed changes. While we have the bag we check its overall condition, make any needed repairs, and treat it with a waterproofing spray.
